In this highly dynamic field of transmission and distribution of electrical power, proper functionality of transformers is critical. Transformer oil ensures that transformers work efficiently by acting as an insulating and cooling medium to the transformers.

Transformer oil however undergoes deterioration with time in the course of its service lifetime due to causes such as oxidation, moisture absorption, and physical contaminants such as dirt and metallic debris. These degradation processes can result in a decline in the insulation strength, and increased electrical conductivity up to the point of failure of transformers.

The Transformer Oil Filtration Machine is capable of removing the water contamination from the oil from more than 5% to less than 0.01% in a short time.

The system is well designed with a stage-wise filtration arrangement which can ensure that the contamination level is under control as mentioned in NAS 5 (ISO 15/12.)
